Returns, Exchanges or Order Issues

• If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items purchased on noteworthystore.com are eligible for return or exchange as long as the product is unused and in original packaging.
• Contact us by phone at (406) 541-6683 or by email to info@noteworthystore.com within 30 days of purchase to receive a Return Authorization Number before shipping the product back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be applied.
• Sale items, custom orders, face masks, seasonal holiday items, dated calendars, gift cards and confection or pantry items are non-refundable.
• If you received your order and have any issues (missing, incorrect or damaged items, etc) please contact us within 5 business days of receipt and we will do our best to correct errors made on our part.
Custom Stationery Orders
Although we do not accept returns on any custom stationery we are committed to providing you with the best quality product. If you have any issues at all with your final product, please contact us immediately at custom[at]noteworthystore.com. It should be noted that some imperfections are inherent to the process of letterpress printing.
